Named after the monolithic robotic character from interstellar cinema, the Tars desk lamp brings the formal language of brutalist architecture and futuristic industrial design to the most personal scale of the interior. Its composition of stacked and offset rectangular steel volumes, rising from a flat base through a vertical column to two angled beam sections that project at deliberate diverging angles, reads simultaneously as a brutalist monument, a constructivist sculpture and a robotic figure caught in a moment of considered movement. Two recessed square apertures emit a warm amber glow from deep within the geometric structure, the softness of the light in deliberate and productive contrast to the raw precision of the stainless steel surfaces surrounding it, warmth contained within rigour, atmosphere held inside architecture. Every surface is unembellished and every edge is resolved, the piece demanding nothing of the eye except complete attention.

How are my parcels packed?

All our parcels are packed with special care. For our most fragile objects, they are packed with special care, it might occur that during transport some of the goods are damaged.
