Inspired by the Easy Peasy portable lamp designed by Luca Nichetto in 2020 for Italian lighting brand Lodes, this rechargeable table lamp distils the warmth of Italian craft and the formal intelligence of mid-century Nordic design into an object small enough to carry and beautiful enough to display anywhere. A generously rounded blown glass shade, its warm smoked body diffusing the 2700K to 3300K LED light source into a soft enveloping glow, is crowned by a glossy technopolymer knob in a contrasting colour that also functions as the stepless dim-to-warm control, twist to brighten, twist to warm, the entire experience of light management contained in a single tactile gesture. The brushed metal cylindrical base grounds the composition with quiet material authority, housing a 2000mAh battery that delivers up to several hours of cordless operation from a single 180-minute charge.
